7.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the Hilton London Hyde Park. The location was fantastic, right across from Kensington Gardens and close to the tube, but the room I was given left much to be desired in terms of size and condition. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the breakfast options didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was decent, but I hoped for more from a Hilton hotel.

Rooms
5.0
My room felt very small and lacked the charm expected from a Hilton. it was neat but definitely needed some updates. I was also expecting a better view since it wasn't what I paid for.
Service
7.0
The staff were genuinely helpful and made sure I felt welcomed. they handled my requests promptly, which added a nice touch to my stay.
Location
9.0
The location is superb, just steps away from the tube and directly opposite Hyde Park. it made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was decent, though I found the scrambled eggs quite undercooked. there was a range of options, but nothing particularly impressive.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had good facilities and allowed me to drop off my luggage before check-in, which I really appreciated. yet the lift situation was a little inconvenient with only one operational elevator.

7.2/10

I had a great experience at Hilton London Hyde Park, especially with the staff's attentiveness and the fantastic location right by the park. However, there were some downsides, like room sizes being a bit tight for comfort. Overall, I appreciated my stay and would recommend it for the location and service alone.

Rooms
7.0
I found my room on the top floor with a view of Hyde Park really nice, but some other rooms felt a bit cramped and not very well laid out. It's really important to check the room size before booking.
Service
10.0
The staff were absolutely wonderful during my stay, helping with all my requests and making the check-in and check-out process super streamlined.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location is a huge plus, being just across from Hyde Park and close to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, which made getting around London incredibly easy.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a nice variety which I enjoyed, although I did notice some items could be served warmer to match a four-star standard.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel provided all the basic amenities I needed, like charging points and adequate housekeeping, but there were a couple of cleanliness issues that could use attention.

5.0/10

My stay at Hilton London Hyde Park was nice for its superb location right next to Hyde Park and close to tube stations. However, the rooms felt cramped, and the single elevator was quite slow, making it a bit exhausting at times. The friendly staff really made a difference, but there were moments of frustration with the room keys and the noise levels.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and well-maintained, but it felt small and dark with only one light source, which was a bit disappointing. I appreciated the vintage decor, but the overall cramped feeling limited my comfort.
Service
7.0
I experienced some excellent service from the staff, who were friendly and went out of their way to assist. However, I had issues with my room key repeatedly not working, which was frustrating during my stay.
Location
10.0
The location was ideal, situated just above Queensway tube station and a short walk from Bayswater. Being right in front of Hyde Park was a major plus for me, allowing easy access to outdoor activities.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was better than average for London, featuring diverse options, but I noticed it lacked some variety over the days I stayed. It would have been nice to see some different choices.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had decent facilities, though room service was limited, and there was no availability late at night. The single elevator was a hassle, especially with how long it took to get around.

I had a great time at Hilton London Hyde Park, benefiting from its fantastic location right across from Hyde Park. The staff were extremely helpful, making my stay nice. However, the breakfast experience was less than ideal, with a rushed atmosphere and subpar options for a Hilton. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with some room for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The room was decent, with a comfortable bed and a nice view overlooking the park. However, it was on the smaller side and the bathroom had some plumbing quirks. The heating was a bit tricky at first, but it got sorted out quickly.
Service
9.0
The staff were really good, greeting me warmly and accommodating my requests efficiently. I received a lovely surprise with chocolates and rose petals in my room, which made my stay even more special.
Location
10.0
The location couldn't be better! Direct access to Hyde Park and being right above the Queensway Tube station made it really convenient for exploring London. Plus, bayswater station is just a short walk away.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was the main downside. While there were some decent options, it didn't live up to the usual Hilton standards. The dining area felt cramped, and I found myself wanting to leave quickly, rather than enjoying a leisurely meal.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, though I would have liked a bit more flair in the lobby area. Room amenities like the espresso machine were a nice touch, but overall, some spaces could use a facelift.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Hilton London Hyde Park. The lobby and communal areas were impressively decorated and clean, which I appreciated. However, my room was disappointing; it was small, had a hard bed, and wasn't very clean. The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making my experience better, but the room conditions did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel.

Rooms
5.0
The room was tiny and dirty, with a hard bed and dusty surfaces. The decor needed updating and there were cleanliness issues.
Service
8.0
The staff at the front desk were welcoming and accommodating, helping with a room change and providing directions around the city.
Location
9.0
The location was great, just steps from the Queensway tube station and close to Hyde Park, making it easy to explore.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast offerings were diverse but didn't suit my taste; however, the French-themed restaurant's overall atmosphere was nice.
Facilities
5.0
Basic room amenities were available, but the hotel overall needs refurbishments for a better experience.
